1. Long-term hire rates by negotiation

2. Transport outside of Canberra or Queanbeyan is quoted on a job by job basis

6. Hirer must provide an experienced licensed operator

7. Fuel and tire repairs are the responsibility of the hirer

LONG-TERM HIRE & HIGH-VOLUME CUSTOMERS

For negotiable long-term hire or high-volume customers please contact Jonox office directly.

CANCELLATIONS – General

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance or travel changes may apply.

CANCELLATIONS – Inclement Weather

It is solely the customers responsibility to cancel at least 2 hours in advance due to weather conditions or site conditions, failing to do so may incur travel charges.

A minimum charge of 4 hours will apply for labour hire staff sent home due to inclement weather.

TRAVEL

Additional costs will apply for projects further than 40km from Canberra CBD, charges will be calculated using the specified hourly
hire rates provided for the additional travel time in each direction.

SITE INSPECTIONS

No charge for jobs within the metropolitan area.

SITE ALLOWANCE

If special allowances and other special arrangements are entered into providing for over award payments and/or conditions, we re-
serve the right to adjust our charges accordingly.

SAFETY

Our operators must be given the clients prior written authority confirming acceptance of any cost resulting from movement of the
Telehandler or Truck onto or over footpaths, nature strips, driveways, paving’s, and the like. Failure to do so prior to commence-
ment of work will automatically confirm client’s acceptance.
Telehandlers, trucks, and operators are under the client’s direction and control and as such the operators must be pre-advised of
any underground services, unsafe ground, overheads wires, dangerous lifts and any other potential risks or hazards.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate traffic control is provided . Jonox can supply qualified Traffic Control person-
nel if prearranged at time of booking. Service delays and additional charges may apply if this clause is not adhere too.

PAYMENT

Payment terms are 7 days.
Approved account customers receive a 30-day account.
Account forms will be provided upon request.
